Ryan began his journey in the world of craftsmanship at the age of 12, working alongside his father and older brother on various weekend projects. Those formative years laid the foundation for the extensive skill set he possesses today. Additionally, with a degree in architectural drafting and design, Ryan is equipped to provide detailed working drawings for both clients and government projects, combining practical experience with technical expertise to deliver exceptional results.
Denice is the invaluable behind-the-scenes partner of our team. While she holds a full-time position in Human Resources, her extensive 30 years of experience in customer service enriches our operations. Denice collaborates closely with Ryan on various office tasks and manages our social media presence, ensuring our clients stay connected and informed. Married for over 34 years, she and Ryan are proud parents to three children and doting grandparents to three grandchildren, embodying the family values that inspire their work.
Max is a proud U.S. Navy veteran serving on the USS Carl Vinson, and he brings that dedication and discipline to our team. As the son-in-law of our owner and project manager, he feels a deep connection to our family-owned and operated business. Max is married to his wonderful wife, Tori, and together they are raising three beautiful children. He truly enjoys his work here and is eager to tackle your projects with the same commitment and enthusiasm he brings to everything he does.
Nathanael is our enthusiastic new apprentice, bringing a wealth of experience in building trade materials to our team. With a strong foundation in the industry, he is eager to learn and grow, ready to help turn your next home improvement dream into a stunning reality.
